Specialty coffee roaster and cafe founded in July 2020 by Hiroshi Aono in the Kyutaromachi area of Chuo Ward, Osaka, near Honmachi Station. Focuses on light roasting to highlight the natural characteristics of each bean. Operates as a compact coffee stand with a warm, minimalist interior. Offers a rotating selection of single-origin coffees for hand drip and espresso, plus retail beans. Has been a Kurasu partner roaster.
