Nevado Palacios Carrasco has owned Finca El Cedro (Peru) since 2011. He and his family focus on coffee quality and forest conservation, doing technical work on planting, fertilization, pruning and harvesting, and producing their own compost. Their long-term goal is establishing demonstration plots and introducing new varieties.
