Franky Hoyos is a third-generation Colombian coffee producer farming Finca El Encanto in the Pitalito-Palestina area of Huila at approximately 1,550–1,650 masl. He has diversified the farm's cultivar range to include Sidra, Geisha, Java, Ethiopian landraces, and Pink Bourbon, and is deeply involved in fermentation research, sensory analysis, and roasting. His Sidra natural lots, processed with advanced multi-stage fermentation, are sold to high-end specialty roasters internationally.
