About this lot

Hydro-natural processing: cherries are flotation-sorted by density, then the heaviest, ripest fruit is dried whole (mucilage and skin intact) as a traditional natural. Grown by Finca de Garces at 1,400 MASL in Bukidnon, Philippines. Berry and guava upfront, caramel sweetness, green grape and lime acidity through the finish.
