For the first time in our offer – 100% Robusta. And not just any Robusta, but the finest quality, as Indian Cherry AA is considered the best of its kind. Robusta is a different species of coffee, which means its flavor and aroma are distinctly different from the Arabicas we usually offer. Until now, you could only find Robusta in our Espresso Mestieri blend (where it makes up 20%). At the request of our customers, we are now introducing it in its pure form – a single-origin 100% Robusta. As with all our coffees, we select only the best varieties. In this case, it is Indian Cherry AA, widely regarded as top-quality Robusta. The “AA” designation marks the highest grade (similar to classifications used for certain Arabicas).
