Produced by Sebastián Ramírez at El Placer Farm in Calarcá, Quindío, Colombia. A Co-Ferment Honey combined with Thermal Shock process creates a wild, cheerful cup intensely berry-forward with a dense, jam-like mouthfeel and beautiful sweetness from start to finish.
