Marshell varietal from El Mango Farm, El Morito estate, David Flores, Cajamarca, Peru at 1850masl. A rare Bourbon mutation delivering intense complexity akin to the finest Kenyan profiles. Despite washed processing, it has the flavor intensity of a natural. Opens with succulent longan, evolves to tart passionfruit, finishes with strawberry bubblegum sweetness.
