Washed Typica Mejorado from Loja, Putushio, Ecuador. Grown by 19-year-old Jose Jijon on Fincas del Putushio at 2222 MASL, son of acclaimed producer Pepe Jijon. 24-hour dry fermentation, floated, then dried on raised beds. Intensely floral with citrus complexity and a long tea-like finish.
