Coffee has always been at the heart of Edwin's family. Miraflores Farm belongs to his father, who acquired the property when it was producing coffee for the commodity market and the land had been neglected. Despite the challenges, the family saw its potential, restoring the farm, improving soil health, and replacing older coffee trees with varieties such as Caturra and Colombia.
