About this lot
This lot comes from Duncan farm under Kotowa Estate in Boquete, Panama. Kotowa was founded in 1913 by Canadian settler Alexander Duncan MacIntyre, one of the first commercial coffee farms in the area. Four generations later the estate is led by Ricardo Koyner and his daughter Victoria, combining over a century of coffee-growing tradition with modern agronomy and fermentation research.
