About this lot

Honey processed coffee from Bensa, Sidama, Ethiopia. Produced by Tamiru Tadesse of Alo Coffee, winner of Ethiopia's inaugural Cup of Excellence in 2021. Honey processing conserves water while retaining fruit character. Floral and fruit-forward with yellow stone fruit notes and a tea-like finish.
