About this lot
Washed Pink Bourbon from Finca Cataluña, Pitalito, Huila, Colombia at 1,700 MASL. Managed by Flor Marina Betancourt and family on a 6.5-hectare farm. 12-hour whole-cherry fermentation on hopper, then pulped and fermented for 40 hours, dried in a greenhouse with air circulation for 8-12 days.
