Pink Bourbon varietal, Carbonic Maceration Natural from El Placer Farm in Calarcá, Quindío, Colombia by Sebastián Ramírez. The cup carries a beautiful lingering floral aroma, while the light tea-like mouthfeel coats the tongue with sweet candy-like notes. Rounded mouthfeel paired with sparkly edges.
