Costa Rica Tarrazu is one of the stars of our roastery. It’s heavilly recommended by our Customers. If you don’t know which coffee to choose, try this one. You won’t regret it! Costa Rica Tarrazu has a technical name ,,SHB”, which means ,,strictly hard bean” and means that coffee grows at least at 1370m AMSL (~4500 feet). In these conditions coffee grows slowly and after roasting has a deeper taste. Costa Rica Tarrazu is a none acidity coffee, perfectly balanced, sensible nutty-chocolate notes. Excellent as espresso and also great in alternative brewers, e.g. AeroPress, Chemex or Hario drip coffee makers.
