This coffee comes from producer Hertson Bernal, located in the region of Huila, Colombia. Each lot is distinguished by its unique flavor, aroma, and processing method. This specific coffee is a washed and fermented Arabica variety known as Cenicafe 1, grown at an altitude of 1,800 meters above sea level. During our cupping session, we detected notes of grapefruit, milk chocolate, and red berries, complemented by a smooth mouthfeel.
