About this lot

Washed Castillo and Caturra from smallholders in Risaralda department, Colombia (1300-1800 masl). Decaffeinated using ethyl acetate (EA) from sugarcane. Controlled fermentation of 16-18 hours, sun-dried on patios for 15-20 days. Clean, sweet profile retained after decaffeination.
