Washed lot from the Jejeba washing station in Kuri Kebele, Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia. Sourced from 144 outgrower farmers under the Habtamu Fekadu Aga export operation. Varieties Kurume (74110, 74112), Dega, and Wolisho. Cherries undergo 48–72 hour submerged fermentation then dry on raised beds for 10–12 days. Organic and Fair for Life certified.
