Espresso blend of 90% Mexican Sierra Negra community lots with 10% Colombian Java varietal from Granja Paraiso 92 by Wilton Benitez. Baklava, butterscotch and apple pie notes with tropical layers of passion fruit and pineapple from thermal shock fermentation.
