From the Mirado Washing Station in Bensa, Sidama at 1,800–2,200 masl. 300 smallholder farmers deliver cherry to Asefa Dukamo of Daye Bensa Coffee Company. Ethiopian Heirloom (74158 selection). Washed process with 72-hour fermentation and 16 days drying on raised beds. Certified organic, UTZ, and Rainforest Alliance. Exceptionally sweet peach, jasmine honey, raspberry, lemon, and nectarine — great hot, iced, or as a light espresso.
