About this lot

Washed SL28 and Ruiru 11 from Ibonia Estate, Kiambu County, Kenya, ~13km north of Nairobi at 1,725 MASL. Red volcanic soils, cool climate, slow cherry development. Handpicked ripe red cherries pulped same day, full fermentation, washed, and fully dried in ventilated bins.
