Washed Gesha from Las Flores, Santa Barbara, Honduras. Grown by Nahun Fernandez on Finca El Ocotillo at 1500-1550 MASL, on land purchased for its higher elevation and fog to suit Gesha cultivation. 48-hour aerobic fermentation in stainless steel tanks, washed, raised bed dried. Immaculately processed with soft florals and stone fruit.
