ETH47 varietal from La Isla farm, Cafe Ar Bar / Alietta Family, West Valley, Costa Rica at 1390masl. Exclusive lot purchased since 2021. Red honey process. Unprecedentedly complex aftertaste reminiscent of Ethiopian coffees — juicy peach with honeysuckle florals and complex finish of clementine and melon.
