Orange Bourbon lot from Finca Los Nogales in Bruselas, Huila, Colombia, grown at 1,750 masl by third-generation producer Oscar Hernandez. Processed via thermal shock followed by prolonged closed lactic fermentation and extended multi-week drying to develop sweetness and aromatic clarity.
