About this lot

Fourth year working with Pepe Jijon and his father Jose, now at their newer farm Fincas Del Putushio in southern Ecuador, practicing biodynamic and organic farming. Cherries picked at peak ripeness, depulped the same day, washed thoroughly with spring water.
