About this lot
Washed heirloom from Gedeb Banko Taratu in the Gedeo zone of southern Ethiopia, grown at 1950-2300 masl. Coffee is hand-picked from small garden plots by over 300 family farms, then processed using anaerobic fermentation for 10-12 days before slow shade-drying on raised African beds.
