A soft, elegant cup with a creamy texture and delicate white floral aromatics. Jardines del Encanto, farmed by Felipe Arcila. Maragesha (naturally occurring Gesha x Maragogype hybrid), floated then 30-hour underwater fermentation, pulped, fully washed, dried on raised beds for eight days.
