About this lot

Panama-ETH47 varietal cultivated exclusively at Corpachi Farm by sourcing partner Jonathan Vaz Matias. Hand-carried from Costa Rica and grown in Cordillera, Panama at 1450masl. A sparkling wine-like acidity with a brilliant opening of star fruit and honeysuckle, rounded out by a lush mango-like sweetness.
