About this lot

Pink Bourbon from La Fortuna farm, Bruselas district, Huila, Colombia at 1,700-1,800 MASL. A celebrated farm in volcanic soils known for record auction prices. Dual-phase washed process: 6-12 hour whole-cherry fermentation, depulped, secondary 18-24 hour fermentation with mucilage, then fully washed and raised-bed dried.
