Mafer Tapia and Carlos Iñiguez grow this Sidra at Finca Vinka in Masanamaca, Loja, Ecuador at 1,660 masl. The Mosto process uses active microorganisms and metabolites from previous coffee fermentations as a natural starter culture. Bright and fruity with cascara, red grape, and watermelon.
