An expressive Pink Bourbon from Bruselas, Huila. Hand-picked at peak ripeness, 25-30 hours in-cherry fermentation, depulped, 48 hour barrel fermentation, washed, and dried in a secadero greenhouse with mesh floors for 18-20 days.
