Hand-picked Arabica from the Sidamo region of Ethiopia, the birthplace of Coffea Arabica. Diverse wild and garden-grown varieties co-existing on small plots. Washed process. Light roast draws out pronounced and varied fruit tones alongside pleasant herbal nuances. Best enjoyed as hand filter or pour-over.
