First signature specialty blend: classic Italian espresso reimagined with specialty beans. Brazil (Fazenda Pantano), Colombia (Tolima Planada), and Ethiopia (Yirgacheffe, Kolisha). Low acidity, smooth body, jasmine and citrus notes, chocolate-caramel finish. Founded 2013 in Florence by Francesco Sanapo (3x Italian Barista Champion) and Patrick Hoffer. Roast-to-order model.
