This lot comes from Peñas Blancas in Huila , grown at 1,650–1,800 meters above sea level by Nestor Lasso and Jhon Vergara. The Castillo variety is known for its resilience and naturally clean cup profile – and at this altitude, it develops the balanced sweetness and clarity that Huila is recognized for.
