It brings crisp apple and forest fruit character while staying balanced and very drinkable. This lot comes from Finca San Jose del Lago in the Atitlan region of Guatemala , grown at 1,565–2,100 meters above sea level overlooking Lake Atitlan and three majestic volcanoes. The farm covers 200 hectares, of which 45 are under coffee cultivation – the rest is a natural conservation area.
