Washed Caturra and Castillo blend from small indigenous producers in Sierra Mazateca, Oaxaca, Mexico. Grown at 1450-1900 masl in remote mountain communities. Raw Material aggregates these tiny lots (some as small as 5kg) under the "Lotecitos" programme to ensure fair pricing. Harvest 2025.
