Natural espresso from Bahia state, Brazil (1000-1200 masl). Two family farms: Fazenda Baixadao (Manoelito Ataide Santos) and Fazenda Campo Belo (Sidmar Candido Da Silva). Cherries are transported 50km to the Caatinga biome for optimal drying in its dry climate, undergoing low-oxygen fermentation during transit.
