Bourbon from Nuevo Horizonte farm, Marcelina Peralta, Puno, Peru at 1900masl. Third-year return of this incredibly sweet, floral Bourbon. Thick, silky mouthfeel with vibrant acidity. Elevated floral clarity. Bright opening of hassaku citrus and orange blossom, maturing into a lingering papaya sweetness.
