Setamo is a washed Heirloom from Sidamo, Ethiopia, cultivated by over 550 dedicated smallholder farmers. Handpicked at high altitude and carefully sun-dried, this coffee reflects the elegance and precision of its origin. Clean and floral, it presents bright apricot, juicy mandarin, and delicate Darjeeling-like notes , with a refined, silky mouthfeel. Setamo is a celebration of Ethiopian heritage, meticulous care, and expertise – a coffee that’s as vibrant and balanced as it is memorable.
