The combination of growing environment, coffee variety, processing and Co-fermentation contributes to the final character of this lot. The result is a coffee with the latest sensory exploration among coffee lovers.. THE PADILLA FAMILY We believe the farm should never disappear behind the final package. This coffee is grown at Finca Renacer, worked by the Padilla family, in the Huila region of Colombia at 1,800 metres above sea level. The family is widely recognized for experimental processing. They focus heavily on fruit and exotic co-fermentation (such as wild watermelon, ginger, and fruit-alchemy lots), which involves infusing natural microbes and exotic fruits during a controlled fermentation phase to yield intense, “roaring” flavor profiles
