About this lot

A light-roast house blend: 67% Nariño, Colombia and 33% Guji, Ethiopia. Washed process, Caturra/Colombia/Castillo and Heirloom varieties, 1,700–2,101 masl. Balanced, bright, and sweet — chocolate orange, brown sugar, caramel, and toasted nuts. More nuanced than a typical house blend, with the Colombia providing sweetness and the Ethiopia bringing brightness and complexity.
