Washed Bourbon and Pacas blend from Mapache Estate, Ataco, Ahuachapán, El Salvador. Fifth-generation farmers Jan-Carlo and Sofia Handtke. Shade-grown at 1,200–1,400 MASL. Processed at Beneficio El Recreo mill. Some trees nearly a century old.
