About this lot
This limited edition blend combines the best characteristics of two delicious, complementary coffees. First up, we have 50% of the Karana; a delicious washed coffee from Bali, Indonesia, that brings a balanced acidity and nougat-like sweetness. To complement this, we have selected a peaberry selection of the Topazio variety from Fazenda Santha Martha, Brazil, as the remaining 50%. This coffee brings a rich milk chocolatey body, with a hint of roasted hazelnut in the finish. Post blended so that each is coffee is roasted to an individual roast profile – we love this coffee for its rich creamy body, sweetness and balanced acidity. Primarily developed in the roast for espresso, this blend is super versatile and can be enjoyed across a a whole variety of brew methods, black or even paired with milk! Enjoy.
