Anaerobic Washed 74112 varietal from Daye Bensa's Rumudamo Village Farm in Sidama, Ethiopia. Aromatic and floral with a light tea-like mouthfeel and delicate elegance. Despite clean, gentle texture the coffee carries concentrated depth of yellow-fruit tones from start to finish.
