About this lot

Washed SL28 from El Cedral, Santa Barbara, Honduras. Grown by Benjamin Paz on Finca La Salsa at 1600 MASL. Floral and sticky-sweet with vibrant grapefruit acidity and a rare black currant note. Processed through 20-hour open tank fermentation followed by solar drying.
