About this lot

Washed Guji from producer/exporter Habtamu Fikadu Aga (Kuri Mountain Coffee). Pulped cherries underwent submerged fermentation for 48-72 hours, then dried on raised beds for 10-12 days. Cranberry, rhubarb, and peach syrup.
