Una mezcla de Café con Jiribilla que tiene una taza compleja con dulzura acentuada, acidez frutal, muy buen cuerpo y un sabor intenso. Mezcla: 70% Huatusco lavado, tueste medio-alto; 30% Zentla natural, tueste medio. Molido fino: 700 micras (Prensa italiana, máquina de espresso casera) Molido medio: 700 a 1,100 micras (Filtro de papel para V60, Chemex, Clever, entre otros) Molido grueso: +1,100 mi
