We’re thrilled to release another Ethiopian coffee by “The King of Guji” Ture Waji! This lot has undergone an initial fermentation in plastic barrels for 48 hours and is then dried as a typical raised bed natural for 15 – 20 days. Expect notes of blueberry, strawberry, and gummy bears with a juicy mouthfeel!
