About the origin: “Las Perlitas,” meaning “Little Pearls,” is a beautiful celebration of Huila’s most dedicated smallholder farmers. Throughout the Colombian harvest season, it is incredibly common for passionate producers to cultivate coffees of breathtaking quality—true gems that are simply too small in volume to be exported on their own.
