El Diviso Ombligon is exactly that kind of Colombia – sweet, juicy and with a character that’s unlike anything classic . It brings ripe cherry and fruit sweetness while staying clean and very drinkable. This lot comes from El Diviso , a family farm in Pitalito, Huila , grown at 1,850 meters above sea level. Founded nearly three decades ago by Peter and María Lasso, the farm is today run by their son Nestor – one of Colombia’s most pioneering specialty coffee producers, known for pushing beyond traditional methods and constantly refining his approach to fermentation and drying. The Ombligon is a rare and distinctive variety, processed using El Diviso’s signature multi-stage natural method: after s
