Italian-style espresso blend of 70% Red and Yellow Catuai Arabica (natural) from Sitio Estrella, Sul de Minas, Brazil (1100–1200 m) and 30% Canephora Robusta (semi-washed) from Bao Loc, Vietnam (750–950 m). Producers: Paula Santini (Brazil) and Toi Nguyen (Vietnam). Dark espresso roast.
